First a little lesson...What is Petrifaction.

Petrifaction or petrification is the process by which organic material is converted into stone or a similar substance. It is approximately synonymous with fossilization. Petrified wood is the most well known result of this process.

Petrifaction is also a common theme in folklore and mythology, and is associated with the legends of Medusa the Gorgon, the basilisk, and the cockatrice, among others. In fairy tales, characters who fail in a quest may be turned to stone until they are rescued by the successful hero, as in The Giant Who Had No Heart in His Body or The Dancing Water, the Singing Apple, and the Speaking Bird.

yeah, yeah I'm fixing it again XD. Anyway she turns organic matter into solid stow or turn solid stone things to life with there rocky look and all. This only happens if you look her in they eye or if she bites you wither her hair (don't make the hair mad thats bad) there is a time limit for the unmovable inorganic things they only have a hour to a half hour and nothing more. But yeah if your organic you most likely stuck as stow until she dies or turns you back if she bites you again.
